| Project: For now, to replace the disintegrated plastic feet on the outside air conditioner with durable ones to last another 20 years. Treated pine seemed practical. When time permits, we'll look into levelling or replacing the concrete pad for the conditioner that's sunk with the two big rain sessions this year (January and May). Period: 23-26 May 2025. |
